How to design a 3D bottle step by step

This section will guide you through the process of making a 3D bottle step by step using AutoQ3D CAD. This tutorial is accompanied by "bottle.3dq" and "lite.jpg" files to help you out with the lessons.
- Start AutoQ3D CAD software and open "bottle.3dq" file. Just use the menu "File►Open" and double click at the "bottle.3dq" filename.

- Now you can see a figure on your screen, to fit the figure in your screen type "zoom" or "z" on your command lineand then press <Enter>. Finally type "a" and press <Enter> to "zoom all" command be applied over the figure.

- Select the figure in your screen. Just use your mouse and drag from your uper left corner to the bottom right corner and finally release the mouse button.
- Click the icon named "Revolve" on the toolbar. Command line asks you about the angle to use for this revolve function, 360º is the default option, use this one. Then type "y" to apply Y axis as your revolve plane and finally type "16" as your segments value. Press <Enter> to finish command.


- To add texture to the new figure follow the next steps
- Select the new figure. Go to "File►Texture Files" on the menu bar. Click "Add" button to select an image. For this tutorial we have attached "lite.jpg" image just as an example but you can use the image you want.

- Select the figure on your screen again and click the "Properties" icon on the toolbar. Click at the "Set texture" property, select "lite.jpg" image or the image you want and finally press <OK> button.

- Go to "Modify►Texture UV►XYZ To UV" menu option on the menu bar. Type "y" at command line and press <Enter> to select Y axis coordinates. Then type "v" and finally press right mouse button to finish the function.

- To rotate the view type "rtv" on your command line and press <Enter>, this function allows you to use your mouse to rotate the view the angle you want.
